RECENT ACTION: The Chargers started off last week with a 3-2 win over West Alabama on the road, before returning home to fall to West Florida on Friday, 3-0, and then Valdosta State, 3-1, on Saturday. UAH is now 14-5 overall and 5-5 within the GSC.
 
OFFENSE STEADY: The Blue and White rank in the top half of the Gulf South Conference in several offensive categories including hitting percentage (4th, .213), assists per set (3rd, 12.14) and kills per set (3rd, 12.90). The Chargers are led by Rachel Brugman's .331 swing rate, Kirsten Giles' 9.31 assists per set average and Anna LeDuc's rate of 2.86 kills per frame.
 
GSC UPDATE: UAH is currently tied for fifth overall with West Alabama with a 5-5 mark in league play so far, with No. 19 West Florida pacing the GSC with a 10-0 record within the conference. Following UWF and preceding UAH are Valdosta State (8-2), North Alabama (8-2) and Shorter (7-3).
 
WOLVES PROFILE: West Georgia enters the week with a 3-12 overall record and a 0-10 record in GSC matches, after dropping contests to Christian Brothers and Union by scores of 3-0. The Wolves offense is led by Helen Menchinger with 129 kills and a 3.58 kills per set average, while Casey Roethler anchors the defense with 199 total digs.
 
MATCHUP HISTORY: The Chargers are 40-13 all-time against the Wolves, with UAH taking the most recent match by a 3-0 score earlier this season on Sept. 15. Sophomore Anna Claire Johnson totaled a game-high 15 kills in the win.
