JACKSON, Tenn. | The University of Alabama in Huntsville women's soccer team dropped a narrow 1-0 decision on the road Friday night, falling to host Union in Gulf South Conference action. The Chargers slip to 6-5-0 (2-4-0 GSC), while the Bulldogs improve to 4-4-2 (4-2-1 GSC).

-The lone goal of the game came just over two minutes after the halftime break as Kelsey Wilkes pushed it into the lower left corner for the game-winning tally for the host side.

-UAH had three of the first four shots on goal, but Union ended up holding a slim edge in shots that were on target at the end of the first half at 7-6 while also holding a 13-7 margin in overall shots through 45 minutes.
-Union then outshot the Chargers 17-2 in the second half to hold a 30-9 advantage in total shots for the game, and the Bulldogs did not allow UAH to have a shot on frame in the second half en route to holding a 15-6 edge in shots on goal for the contest.
-Corners in the contest were even at 2-2.

Larae Breaux once again matched a career-high as she recorded 14 stops for the fourth time in her career. The Carencro, Louisiana, native also saved 14 attempts against Carson-Newman earlier this year, at North Alabama on Sept. 27, 2015, and against Valdosta State on Oct. 26, 2014.
-One of Breaux's saves came in the 80th minute when the junior registered a stop on a Union penalty kick attempt, and the stop represents the first save in three PK attempts Breaux has faced in her career.
