LIVINGSTON, Ala. | The University of Alabama in Huntsville men's soccer team throttled host West Alabama in the regular season finale on Thursday night, as the Chargers rolled past the Tigers 4-1. UAH finishes this part of the slate at 9-6-1 (7-3-1 Gulf South Conference), while the Tigers fall to 7-7-2 (5-5-1 GSC).

The Chargers have now secured a home game on Super Tuesday of the 2018 GSC Men's Soccer Championships after locking down the No. 3 seed in the tournament with the victory against UWA.

Turning Points
-The game was scoreless through the first 40 minutes, but the Chargers would go into the halftime break up 1-0 as
Guy Clennett would score on a loose ball in front in the 41st minute.
-UAH went up by a pair in the 60th minute of the contest when
Vicente Arratia assisted on
Rafa Moreno's goal, and Arratia would dish out another assist in the 70th on
Deivi Bucio's score that made it a 3-0 lead for the Chargers.
