HUNTSVILLE | The University of Alabama in Huntsville men's soccer team pushed the nation's top-ranked team to the limit on Friday night, but Lynn left Charger Park with a 2-1 victory in UAH's 2018 home opener. The Chargers slip to 1-2-0 with the setback, while the Fighting Knights move to 2-0-0.

Turning Points
-After UAH had a strong opening minutes to the contest, the guests opened the scoring in the contest with a goal in the 10th minute of the game.
-The Chargers then had a golden opportunity to level the contest in the 34th minute when the hosts earned a penalty, but Roberto Bazzichetto made a strong stop to keep the Fighting Knights ahead 1-0 at the break.
-The score remained that way until the 78th minute when Lynn went ahead 2-0, but the home side was not deterred and immediately answered in the 79th as
Rafa Moreno scored from
Steven Gallagher to pull within a goal at 2-1 to make the final minutes of the game quite uncomfortable for the country's No. 1 squad.

-Fullen now has 17 saves on the year which leads the Gulf South Conference.
