ROME, Ga. | The University of Alabama in Huntsville volleyball team outlasted Shorter on Saturday afternoon on the road in a 3-2 win (22-25, 26-24, 25-13, 19-25, 15-12) over the Hawks in a Gulf South Conference matchup. UAH improves to 11-5 (4-1 GSC), while SU dips to 6-10 (0-4 GSC).

- After Shorter forced a fifth set with a 25-19 win in the fourth, UAH went on a 7-4 run to close out the final stanza for the 15-12 win in the frame to seal the 3-2 road victory.
