ROME, Ga. | The University of Alabama in Huntsville women's tennis team cruised to a 7-0 road win on Saturday at Shorter. The Chargers improve to 8-9 (3-5 Gulf South Conference), while the Hawks slip to 3-11 (0-7 GSC).

-Thomas extends her winning streak to four matches, and she is now 7-3 in her last 10 outings.

-Mehlich matches Kirchtag with a 4-2 mark in conference action, and all of those matches have come at the No. 1 position.
