Gerber's Career Day Leads UAH to 22-2 Win over Quincy


HUNTSVILLE | The University of Alabama in Huntsville women's lacrosse team returned to Charger Park with a dominant 22-2 victory over Quincy in nonconference action on Tuesday afternoon. UAH improves to 5-2, while QU dips to 2-5.

- The Chargers turned in nine unanswered goals to start out the contest in the first half as UAH cruised to a 22-2 win on Tuesday.

- Katie Gerber paced the Chargers offense overall with 11 points on a team-high six goals and five assists, while also boasting a roster-best seven ground balls.
- Hailey Gallant rated second on the roster with seven points on four goals and three assists, followed by Karissa Glover (3g-2a) and Cara Browns (4g-1a) with five points apiece.
- Sophia Fiorino (4g-0a) and Savanna Robbins (1g-3a) each had four points to rank tied for fifth on the day.
