UAH Drops Wednesday Matchup at No. 13 Bowling Green

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio | The University of Alabama in Huntsville hockey team wrapped up its five-game road trip with a 5-0 loss at No. 13 Bowling Green on Wednesday in a Western Collegiate Hockey Association matchup. UAH falls to 3-13-1 (3-8-0 WCHA), while BGSU improves to 18-8-1 (7-5-1 WCHA).

-Bowling Green struck for four unanswered goals in the second period on the way to the 5-0 win by the Falcons on Wednesday.
 
Scoring Breakdown
-After a scoreless first period, Bowling Green netted four goals in the second period at 9:30 by Connor Ford, 11:35 by Max Johnson, 12:38 by Brandon Kruse and 16:34 by Anton Malmstrom to put the hosts ahead 4-0.
-The Falcons added one goal late in the third by Ford at 18:01 to bring the game to its 5-0 final score.
