CLEVELAND, Tenn. | The University of Alabama in Huntsville men's soccer team dropped its season finale on Sunday afternoon at Lee by a final score of 3-1 in Gulf South Conference action. UAH concludes the 2022 campaign at 3-9-4 (2-6-3 GSC), while LU improves to 9-3-2 (7-3-1 GSC).

Lee took the early lead on Sunday with an eight-minute tally by Mattia Balzano prior to the squads finishing the half without another goal.

The Chargers received an equalizer from
Shalev Keter in the 64th minute to tie the game at 1-1, as Keter recorded his third goal of the season.

Keter ends the season as the team leader in points with seven from three goals and one assist.

The Flames went on to score two goals in quick succession both by Shavhar Nissim in the 76th minute and 78th minute to give the hosts the 3-1 victory.

Giancarlo Martinez played the majority of time in goal for the Chargers, turning in four saves and one goal allowed and 79 minutes.

This was UAH men's soccer's 50th season of play and the fifth under head coach
