HUNTSVILLE | The College Sports Communicators announced their 2022 Men's Soccer, Women's Soccer and Volleyball Academic All-District Teams, and The University of Alabama in Huntsville was represented by a combined total of eight CSC Academic All-District honorees.
 
UAH's honorees represent District V which is comprised of schools from the NCAA Division II South Region.
 
The Chargers volleyball program was represented by three student-athletes including Hailey Holshouser, Ally Kennis and Paris Morris.
 
UAH men's soccer also notched three Academic All-District performers in Jose Bannwart, Shalev Keter and Colby Nesbit.
 
Women's soccer rounded out the Chargers eight honorees, with Maialen Mera Torres and Adriana Wright representing the program.
 
To be nominated, a student-athlete must be a starter or important reserve with at least a 3.50 cumulative grade point average (on a 4.0 scale) at his/her current institution.
 
The Division II and III CSC Academic All-America programs are partially financially supported by the NCAA Division II and III national governance structures to assist CSC with handling the awards fulfillment aspects for the 2022-23 Divisions II and III Academic All-America programs.
