VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. | The 2023 NCAA Division II Indoor Track & Field Championships are set to run on Friday and Saturday at the Virginia Beach Sports Center, and The No. 24 University of Alabama in Huntsville men's track & field team will be represented by
Michael Gizzi,
Jeremiah McCain and
Wilson McClain.

Michael Gizzi is among the top 20 in the nation in two events following the indoor regular season, as he's sixth in the 60-meter dash with a seeded time of 6.69 in addition to rating 16th in the 200-meter dash at a time of 21.14.

He will compete first in the 60-meter dash prelims on Friday at 2:25 p.m., followed by the 200-meter sprint prelims at 4:20 p.m.

Jeremiah McCain is headed to Indoor Nationals for the third year in a row and first as a Charger, as he previously earned All-American honors at Lee in 2021 and 2022. McCain is seeded with a season-best time of 47.49 in 400 meters, which ranks 12th nationally.

McCain will compete in the 400-meter preliminary race on Friday at 3:25 p.m.

Wilson McClain looks to capture his fourth indoor All-American honor in 60-meter hurdles as he boasts the fourth-fastest time in the nation at 7.82 in the event.
