JACKSON, Tenn. | Phillip Seifert helped UAH earn a 1-1 draw at Union on Friday night.
The Chargers went into halftime trailing 1-0 after a goal from Union's Noel Pataki in the 32nd minute.
In the second half, Seifert scored his seventh goal of the season to even the match. A throw-in from Wesley Atoyebi found Sam Quickfall, who moved the ball to Seifert for the game-tying goal.
Goalkeeper Sonny Wright continued his strong form, making five saves and allowing just one goal. Since Sept. 11, Wright has not conceded more than one goal in a match. Over that six-match stretch, he holds a 2-1-2 record.
UAH continues its road trip Sunday, Oct. 13, when it travels to Memphis to face Christian Brothers at 3:30 p.m. CT. The Chargers return to Charger Park on Friday, Oct. 17, to host Mississippi College at 7:30 p.m. CT.
