HUNTSVILLE | The UAH men's soccer remained unbeaten at Charger Park after battling Carson-Newman to a 1-1 draw Sunday afternoon.
After a scoreless first half, Ben Dukes put Carson-Newman up 1-0 after his free kick hit the back of the net in the 66th minute. UAH tied the match up at one apiece in the 74th minute when Xavier Martin got his first goal of the 2025 season.
The UAH Charger defensive foursome of Cade Valek, Harvey Hewson, Sam Quickfall, and Wesley Atoyebi played all 90 minutes, and held Carson-Newman to just five shots.
UAH will look to finish off the three match home stand unbeaten when they face Georgia Southwestern on Thursday, September 11Â at 6 p.m.
