WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. | The No. 24 UAH women's lacrosse team won a Saturday afternoon match 14-6 against Palm Beach Atlantic at the PBA Soccer & Lacrosse Field field in West Palm Beach, Florida.
The Chargers improved to 4-6 with the victory, while PBA dropped to 4-2.
PBA led at the halfway mark with a 5-4 lead before the Chargers went on a second half tear, netting five goals in both the third and fourth quarters.
Corinne Baker led the Chargers in points with three goals and an assist in the win, while
Noelle Coleman additionally scored three goals for the Blue & White.
Olivia Rewers was active on both sides with three points, as she tallied one goal and two assists while hauling in four ground balls and four draw controls.
Brooke Denny got the win as the net-minder for the Chargers as she totaled 10 saves and allowed just six goals.
The Chargers are back in action at home to open up Gulf South Conference play against Virginia State on March 18 at Charger Park at 6 p.m.
