2017: All-South Region … First Team All-GSC … GSC All-Academic Team … GSC Honor Roll … Participated in seven meets … Had a season-fastest time of 18:23.1 placing 7th at the GSC Championships … Placed 26th at the NCAA Division II South Region Championship with a time of 23:18.6 … Also competed at the UAH Invitational (20:05.2, 9th) and the Mississippi College Invitational (19:43.3, 9th).

2016: First Team All-GSC … GSC Honor Roll … Competed in six events for the Chargers … Placed 7th in the 4k event at the JSU Struts Cross Country … In the 5K event, placed 7th at the UAH Chargers XC Invite, posted a season best time of 18:40.0 and finished 17th at the Royals XC Challenge, 30th at the Friendship Invitational and 8th in the 2016 Gulf South Conference Championships … Competed at the NCAA DII South Region Cross Country Championship 6K event placing 58th.

Prep: Attended Hewitt-Trussville High School in Trussville, Alabama … Participated in three seasons of cross country and four seasons of track & field … Was an all-state performer as a junior for track & field in the 1600 meter, 800 meter and 4x800 meter relay … All-state honoree in cross country as senior … Placed third at 7A section in 3200 meter during senior season.
