2017: GSC Honor Roll … Competed in six meets … Had a season-fastest time of 18:53.0 at the Royals Challenge … Posted a 28th-place time of 19:19.9 at the GSC Championships … Finished eighth at the Mississippi College with a time of 19:41.6 and at the UAH Invitational at 19:52.2 … Also competed at the JSU Struts Opener (15:51.2, 23rd) and Trevecca Nazarene DII Showcase (19:25.4, 16th).

2016: All-South Region … GSC Honor Roll … Competed in six events for the Chargers … Placed 14th in the 4K events at the JSU Struts Cross Country … In the 5K event, placed 41st and posted a season best time of 19:09.6 at the Royals XC Challenge, 39th at the Friendship Invitational, 26th at the UAH Chargers XC Invite and 28th at the 2016 Gulf South Conference Championships … Competed at the NCAA DII South Region Cross Country Championship 6K event placing 22nd.

2015: GSC Honor Roll … Participated in six of the Chargers meets … Had a season-fastest time of 19:51.6 placing 30th at the Gulf South Conference Championship … Placed 40th at the NCAA Division II South Region Championship with a time of 24:24.3 … Placed 11th at the Choctaw Open with a time of 19:52.2 … Also competed at the Florida State Invitational (20:15.4, 78th), the Mountain Dew Gator Invite (20:38.0, 58th) and the UAH/ Earl Jacoby Memorial (20:40.9, 12th).

Prep: Attended Huntsville High School in Huntsville, Alabama … Participated in cross country and track & field all four years … Team placed in the top 10 at 6A State Championships as a sophomore and junior … Helped team to a second-place finish at 6A State Championships during senior campaign … Placed in the top 150 at State Championship all four years, topping out at 76th place as a senior.
