2017: All-South Region … GSC All-Academic Team … Second Team All-GSC … GSC Runner of the Week once … GSC Honor Roll … Participated in seven meets … Had a season-fastest time of 25:16.0 placing 18th at the Royals Challenge … Placed 15th at the NCAA Division II South Region Championship with a time of 33:49.7 … Placed 11th at the Gulf South Conference Championship with a time of 25:19.3 … Also competed at the Mississippi College Invitational (26:12.7, 2nd), the Trevecca Nazarene DII Showcase Invite (26:47.3, 16th) and the UAH Invitational (27:00.3, 6th).

2016: All-South Region … First Team All-GSC … GSC Honor Roll … Competed in six events for the chargers … Placed 4th in the 5K event at the JSU Struts Cross Country … In the 8K event, posted a season best time of 24:56.1 placing 11th at the Royals XC Challenge, 4th at the Friendship Invitational, 2nd at the UAH Charger XC Invite, and 9th at the 2016 Gulf South Conference Championship … Competed in the NCAA DII South Region Cross Country Championships 10K placing 8th overall.

2015: GSC Academic Honor Roll …  Second Team All-GSC … GSC Freshman of the Week four times (Sept. 16, Sept. 23, Oct. 7, and Oct. 21)… Participated in six of the Chargers meets … Had a season-fastest time of 25:36.4 placing 2nd at the Choctaw Open … Placed 10th at the NCAA Division II South Region Championship with a time of 33:27.9 … Placed 11th at the Gulf South Conference Championship with a time of 25:53.2 … Also competed at the Florida State Invitational (26:26.6, 17th), the Mountain Dew Gator Invite (26:08.6, 9th) and the UAH/ Earl Jacoby Memorial (26:38.5, 2nd).






Prep: Attended Edwardsville Senior High School in Edwardsville, Illinois … Participated four years in cross country and track & field … As a freshman and sophomore, team placed second at 3A Regionals, third at 3A Sectionals and 24th at the 3A State Championship …  Team won 3A Regional Championship as a junior … During senior year, Edwardsville was the 3A Regional Runner-up and finished 20th at State Championship … Was a 3A all-region honoree in all four years … Earned all-conference as a sophomore … Named 3A All-Section as a junior and senior.
