2016: GSC Honor Roll … Competed in four events for the Chargers … Placed 126th in the 8K event at the Royals XC Challenge with a season best time of 27:15.7, 42nd at the UAH Chargers XC Invite, and 40th at the Friendship Invitational.
 
2015: GSC Academic Honor Roll …  Participated in six of the Chargers meets … Had a season-fastest time of 26:34.9 placing 20th at the Mountain Dew Gator Invite … Placed 7th at the UAH/ Earl Jacoby Memorial with a time of 27:12.1 … Placed 28th at the Gulf South Conference Championship with a time of 26:53.2 … Also competed at the Florida State Invitational (26:48.3, 24th), the Choctaw Open (27:36.7, 22nd) and the NCAA Division II South Region Championship (38:05.9, 63rd).

2014: Contributed to the Chargers second-place finish at Gulf South Conference Championships (11/8) finishing 67th at a time of 29:28.53 … Posted a personal best time of 27:19.80 for a 23rd place finish at Earl Jacoby Memorial (9/13) … Placed 25th with a time of 27:48.85 at Choctaw DII Challenge (10/25).

Prep: Attended Sparkman High School in Harvest, Ala. … Member of school record-breaking 800 meter relay and 1600 meter relay teams as a sophomore … Reset the school record with 800 meter relay team as a senior … Broke school records in 3200 meter, three mile, and 5000 meter in junior season  … Placed 19th at Cross Country State Championships for senior campaign … Earned ninth in 1600 meter and sixth in 3200 meter at State Track Championships as a senior … Set school records as a senior in 1600 meter, 3200 meter, and 5000 meter at State Cross Country Championships.
