2017: Participated in four meets … Had a season-fastest time of 27:45.0, placing 113th at the Royals Challenge … Placed 30th at the UAH Invitational 29:37.4 … Also competed at the Mississippi College Invitational (29:25.5, 47th) and the Trevecca Nazarene DII Showcase (29:14.0, 87th).

2016: Competed in six events for the Chargers … Placed 42nd in the 5K event at the JSU Struts Cross Country … In the 8K event, posted a season best time of 26:34.6 at the Royals XC Challenge … Placed 42nd at the Friendship Invitational, 34th at the UAH Chargers XC Invite and 51st at the 2016 Gulf South Conference Championships … Competed at the NCAA DII South Region XC Championships 10K placing 71st overall.

2015: GSC Academic Honor Roll … Participated in four of the Chargers meets … Had a season-fastest time of 26:55.0 at the Choctaw Open … Also competed at the Florida State Invitational (27:50.6, 155th), the Mountain Dew Invite (27:43.2, 74th) and the Gulf South Conference Championships (27:25.8 42nd).

Prep: Attended Hoover High School in Hoover, Alabama … Ran four years with cross country and outdoor track … Team placed in top 10 at State Championships all four years … Helped team to second-place finish in AHSAA Cross Country state meet as a senior … Placed seventh individually at AHSAA State Meet … 2014 All-State AHSAA Cross Country honoree.
