2017: GSC Honor Roll … Participated in six meets … Had a season-fastest time of 26:19.3, placing 33rd at the Gulf South Conference Championship … Placed seventh at the Mississippi College Invitational with a time of 27:07.6 … Placed 41st at the NCAA Division II South Region Championship with a time of 34:44.9 … Also competed at the Trevecca Nazarene DII Showcase (28:56.0, 83rd) and the Royals Challenge (27:06.0, 94th).

2016: GSC Honor Roll … Competed in six events for the Chargers … Placed 13th in the 5K event at the JSU Struts Cross Country … In the 8K event, posted a season best time of 25:55.4 placing 48th at the Royals XC Challenge, 36th at the UAH Chargers XC Invite, 32nd at the Friendship Invitational, and 27th at the 2016 Gulf South Conference Championships … Competed in the NCAA DII South Region Cross Country Championships 10K placing 34th.

2015: GSC Academic Honor Roll …  Second Team All-GSC …  Participated in six of the Chargers meets … Had a season-fastest time of 26:19.5 placing 15th at the Gulf South Conference Championship … Placed 6th at the Choctaw Open with a time of 26:28.8 … Placed 37th at the NCAA Division II South Region Championship with a time of 35:42.5 … Also competed at the Florida State Invitational (27:38.8, 49th), the Mountain Dew Gator Invite (27:48.8, 77th) and the UAH/ Earl Jacoby Memorial (27:28.4, 12th).

Prep: Attended Custer County High School in Westcliffe, Colorado … Participated all four years in cross country and track & field … Played one year of basketball … State Qualifier as a freshman … Placed third in CHSAA 3200m State Championship in sophomore season … As a junior, placed eight at CHSAA State Cross Country Championship … Finished sixth in 3200m and fourth in 1600m at CHSAA State Championship in 2014 … CHSAA State Runner-up in Cross Country Championships as a senior … Placed second in 1600m and 3200m at 2015 CHSAA State Championship.
