Jordy is entering his first season as equipment manager for the hockey program where his responsibilities include sharpening skates, day-to-day operations of handling all player equipment, locker room preparation, coordinating with visiting team on handling of equipment and all internal operations of the team.

Prior to working at UAH, Jordy attended Robert Morris University in Peoria, Illinois, where he played club hockey for three years. While in Peoria, he worked for the Peoria Rivermen (St. Louis Blues affiliate) of the American Hockey League for two and half years.

Jordy served in the same capacity at Peoria as their assistant equipment manager, responsible for all day-to-day operations for the team.

Jordy is engaged to Brandi Bishop and the two reside in Huntsville. He is currently completing his Bachelor’s degree in business administration from UAH.
