Jaycee Affeldt is a graduate assistant coach with the Charger softball program for which she will serve as the team's pitching coach.
Affeldt most recently served as an assistant at her alma mater, serving on the staff at Troy after a tremendous career with the Trojans.

In addition to earning the award as the Sun Belt's top pitcher in 2015, Affeldt also that season earned all-Sun Belt status in addition to landing on the NFCA South All-Region Team and the CoSIDA Academic All-District Team. She ranked second in the conference in strikeouts with 150 in 182.1 innings pitched while racking up 17 wins and three saves en route to posting a 2.65 ERA.

Affeldt made 130 appearances in total for the Trojans during her playing days, recording 74 starts with 32 outings resulting in complete games.

She is a native of Maple Ridge, British Columbia, and graduate from Troy with a bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism.
