2017: GSC Honor Roll … Participated in five meets … Had a season-fastest time of 21:50.3 at the UAH Invitational for 21st place at the competition … Additionally competed at the JSU Struts Opener (17:26.3, 51st), Trevecca Nazarene DII Showcase (22:31.3 (105th), Royals Challenge (21:51.0, 170th), and Mississippi College Invitational (23:00.8, 66th).

2016: GSC Honor Roll … Competed in four events for the Chargers … Placed 66th in the 4K event at the JSU Struts Cross Country … In the 5K Event, posted a season best time of 20:58.1 and placed 135th at the Royals XC Challenge, 87th at the Friendship Invitational, and 66th at the UAH Chargers XC Invite.

2015: GSC Academic Honor Roll … Participated in three of the Chargers meets … Had a season-fastest time of 21:16.1 at the Choctaw Open … Also competed at the Florida State Invitational (22:23.4, 185th) and the Mountain Dew Gator Invite (22:56.3, 152nd).

Prep: Attended Hoover High School in Hoover, Alabama … Participated three years in cross country … Team was Cross Country 6A State Championship Runner-up as a freshman and sophomore … Had a career-best 5k time of 20:20 set as a junior at State Championship.
