Gary Walker joined the UAH men’s soccer program in the 2024-25 academic year as Volunteer Goalkeeping Coach.
 
Walker’s playing career features stops at Manchester City, Stockport County, Bolton and Stoke. After his playing career, Walker headed Manchester City Youth coaching for 10 years.
 
Additionally, he has coached for England as the Director of Youth Goalkeepers in Northwest England.
 
Walker also holds an UEFA A license.
