James Manning has been a part of UAH athletics since 2011, as he became a member of the Chargers full-time staff as the Operations and Facilities Assistant during the 2021-22 academic year.

Manning has experience working in several areas with the Chargers over his time at UAH, assisting with every home event in varying capacities involving game day operations.

A Huntsville native, Manning earned his undergraduate degree from UAH in music in spring of 2016 as he was able to assist the Chargers part time while completing his coursework.

Prior to coming to UAH, Manning served five years in the United States Navy. Manning resides in Huntsville and is an avid musician.
