Kyle Overstreet joined the UAH coaching staff in 2024-25 after most recently serving as Head Girls Basketball Coach at St. John Paul II Catholic High School. He holds a B.S. in Education from the University of Alabama, specializing in Kinesiology, Nutrition, and Coaching. As Assistant Coach at the University of Alabama in Huntsville, he helped lead the team to a record-setting season and an NCAA tournament appearance, focusing on defensive strategy and skill development.
Previously as Head Girls Basketball Coach and Athletic Director at St. John Paul II Catholic High School, he led the team to multiple championships and set school win records. He additionally had earlier success as an Assistant Boys Basketball Coach at Westminster Christian Academy, which included a 4A State Championship.
