Morgan Siersma is the Associate Head Athletic Trainer at UAH, where she plays a key role in the health and performance of the university’s student-athletes. Since joining UAH in 2020, she has worked with several programs including men's soccer, women's basketball, and softball, and has served as the primary athletic trainer for men's basketball and softball since August 2021.
Morgan began her career as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) from 2017 to 2018, followed by a two-year tenure at Frostburg State University as an athletic training intern. Her early experiences provided a strong foundation in sports medicine, injury prevention, and athlete care across multiple sports disciplines.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, graduating summa cum laude in 2017. During her time at IUP, she was honored with the Outstanding Athletic Training Student Award. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Sports Studies, with a concentration in Sports Studies, from IUP in 2018.
With a commitment to athlete wellness and performance, Morgan brings a blend of academic excellence, clinical experience, and a passion for collegiate athletics to her role at UAH.
