The University of Alabama in Huntsville volleyball team will look to get back on track Tuesday evening when they travel to Carrollton, Georgia, to take on the West Georgia Wolves in GSC action.
The Lady Chargers (9-10, 3-4 GSC) have stumbled as of late, losing three straight after winning four of five. West Georgia (8-8, 3-4 GSC) has dropped their last two matches as well after winning three matches prior to that.
Both teams are coming off 3-0 conference losses to Shorter. Both losses for each team came on the road and now they both will look to get their GSC record back to .500.
The Wolves are 2-0 at home, while UAH is 2-6 on the road. The Lady Chargers took both meetings last year, winning 3-1 in each match.
Angela Thurmond eclipsed the 200 mark for kills this past weekend and looks to lead UAH to bounce-back victory on Tuesday.
Kelsey Williams and
Stacey Sargent will also look to boast the UAH attack against the West Georgia front line.
UAH returns to Spragins Hall this weekend for home games against Valdosta State and West Florida.
