HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – The No. 4 University of Alabama in Huntsville men's basketball team is set to travel to Nashville, Tenn., on Saturday where it will step back outside of conference play to take on Trevecca Nazarene at 4 p.m. The Chargers enter the contest at 6-1, while the Trojans own a mark of 2-8.
UAH has won four straight, while Saturday's hosts shocked No. 19 Christian Brothers 79-75 in Memphis in their last contest.
The two teams met earlier in the season in the middle of UAH's NIT Season Tip-Off experience, and the Chargers picked up a 66-59 victory at Kelly Court at Spragins Hall despite turning the ball over 23 times.
Jaime Smith led the Blue and White in the contest as he scored 20 points including a strong 6-for-10 showing from 3-point land.
Smith currently leads the Chargers with 14.6 points per game, and he sits atop the Gulf South Conference with 3.2 treys per game – a number that ranks 36th in the country.

Wayne Dedrick is scoring nearly 11 points per contest off the bench, while starters
Zane Campbell scores 10.4 per game and
Ronnie Mack is averaging 10.0.
Before shooting a stunning 82.6 percent in the second half to pick up the victory at CBU, Trevecca had lost eight straight.
Maliek Daniels leads a trio of Trojans who average double figures as he is scoring 13.3 points per contest. Joining him is Marquise Rudolph who is averaging 12.2 a game including the team-best 22 he scored against UAH in the earlier game in Huntsville.
