About the Chargers

HITTING THE ROAD: Tuesday's contest will mark the first true road game of the season for UAH, and it will be the only game away from Spragins Hall between now and the Christmas break. The Chargers were technically the road team in the Mayor's Cup contest against Alabama A&M at the Von Braun Center.

STRINGING 'EM TOGETHER: The Chargers have snapped a two-game slide by winning two straight with an 83-69 victory over Trevecca Nazarene followed by a 93-61 win over Tennessee Temple. UAH was led in those two games by Wayne Dedrick and Ronnie Mack who averaged 23.5 points and 17.0 points per game, respectively, while Greg Gardner was a 50.0 percent shooter from beyond the arc while also dishing out 17 assists in the two contests.

MAKING THEM COUNT: In the two recent victories, Wayne Dedrick was a perfect 15-for-15 from the charity stripe to help the team shoot 82.5 percent overall – a mark that is better than the season average from the free throw line of 77.9 percent.

IN THE GSC RANKINGS: UAH owns two of the top 10 positions in scoring in the conference as Wayne Dedrick is currently third with 20.4 points per game, and Ronnie Mack's scoring average of 16.2 points has him in eighth. Both Mack and Dedrick are also in the top five in 3-point field goals made in third and fifth, respectively, and Greg Gardner is second in assists and third in assist to turnover ratio. In the blocks category, Conner Blasi checks in at fourth in the league with Garrett Cosgrove in eighth.

About the Opponent

SCOUTING TENNESSEE TEMPLE: The Crusaders currently boast a 5-1 record this season with their only loss coming to Bethel University 87-66. TNU has averaged 75.6 points a game so far while allowing 68.5 points per game.
