QUICK TURNAROUND - After recording two straight-set victories over Kentucky State and Ouachita Baptist at Spragins Hall Saturday, the Lady Chargers return to the road for what will be the first of a four-game road trip at North Alabama Tuesday. UAH will play four road matches in a span of a week while playing six matches in 10 days overall.
ROLE PLAYERS STEPPING UP - Freshmen
Rachel Brugman and
Shelby Traff have stepped up their play as of late. Brugman tied her career-high on Saturday with 12 kills in a straight-set victory over Kentucky State, while Traff set a new career-high with eight kills against Ouachita Baptist.

LAST TIME UAH - The Lady Chargers will look to defeat UNA on the road for the first time since the 1994 season when they defeated the Lady Lions in straight sets. A win would also put the Lady Chargers one win away from matching their season total from last year. Last season, UAH would not get their 11th win until the season finale on Nov. 10.Â
The Lady Lions are currently 7-18 on the season while standing at 4-8 in the GSC. UNA recently defeated a familiar opponent in Kentucky State in straight sets. Five of UNA's wins have come at home this year.

Junior Megan Gorey leads the Lady  Lions with 254 kills on the season while averaging 3.02 kills per set. Fellow teammate Shantel Frederick has a team-high 408 digs as Hope Rayburn has a GSC-high 757 assists.
The Lady Chargers are 15-49 overall against UNA in the all-time series. UAH defeated UNA at Spragins Hall earlier this season in straight sets.Â
