BACK ON THE ROAD: After a perfect 4-0 homestand, the Chargers will return to the road this weekend for their first foray outside of Huntsville in Gulf South Conference action. UAH will be taking a seven-game winning streak to Tennessee as the team takes on Christian Brothers on Friday before travelling to Union on Sunday.

NATIONAL ATTENTION: After receiving votes a week ago, the Chargers slid into the national rankings this week, checking in at No. 21 in the NSCAA/Continental Tire Top 25. The ranking marks the first for UAH since the final poll of the 1997 season, and the Chargers are the only GSC team to be featured in this week's edition of the poll.

BALANCED ATTACK: UAH's 7-1 start to the season has truly been the result of a team effort as 11 Chargers have recorded points in the first month of the season, matching the same total from all of last year. Additionally, all 11 players have recorded at least two points compared to eight from last season. Anthony Benitez and Kyle Simmons are leading the team with 10 points as both have four goals and a pair of assists.

APPROACHING A MILESTONE: With his score last weekend against Mississippi College, Simmons is nearing the 40-goal mark as the senior now owns 37 goals for his career. Eight of the 37 scores over his four seasons have been game-winning strikes.

ABOUT CHRISTIAN BROTHERS: The Bucs own a 5-2 record on the season, and the team enters this weekend at 1-1 in conference play having fallen to West Florida by a 1-0 score last weekend. CBU features the league's leading scorer in Jose Ferraz who has eight goals on the season including a four-goal performance against Lindenwood on Sept. 13.

SERIES HISTORY: The all-time series with CBU is an even one with UAH leading by a slim 15-13-3 margin. Last season, UAH took both matches by winning 3-0 in Memphis and 2-1 in Huntsville.

ABOUT UNION: The Bulldogs enter the weekend with a 1-5 mark that includes an 0-2 record in conference play. Last weekend Union was on the losing end of a pair of overtime losses, falling 2-1 to both West Florida and Spring Hill. Alex Pratt leads the way for Union with four goals on the season.

SERIES HISTORY:
The Chargers are 2-4-0 all-time against Union with both wins coming last season. Simmons was particularly dominant against the Bulldogs, scoring a pair of hat tricks in the team's 3-0 and 4-2 decisions.
