LOOKING TO STAY HOT: After picking up three wins in four days to start the season, the Chargers return to the hardwood this weekend looking to continue the strong beginning of the year. UAH will welcome a pair of SIAC opponents this weekend, taking on Benedict on Saturday at 3 p.m. before squaring off against Stillman at 4 p.m. on Sunday.

GENE LUSK CLASSIC: The Chargers are welcoming three teams to Huntsville again this weekend as Union and Stillman will play at 1 p.m. on Saturday, while the Bulldogs will face Benedict at 2 p.m. on Sunday. The event was established to honor the memory of Lusk who was a longtime avid supporter of the Chargers.

NOTHING BUT NET: Through the first three games of the season, UAH is shooting 56.4 percent to rank first in the Gulf South Conference. The Chargers have shot more than 51 percent in each of the three contests including a season-best 64.7 percent in the team's last game. Among players with at least 10 attempts on the year, freshman Kip Owens is leading the way as he has gone 9-for-10 from the floor.

WEBSTER ON TOP: With 20.3 points per contest, sophomore Seab Webster is leading the Chargers in scoring while ranking third in the GSC. The former Madison County High School standout set a career high in Monday's win over Trevecca Nazarene, going 10-for-15 from the field en route to scoring 26. He has also been one of the team's top rebounds, tying for second on the squad with 4.7 boards per game.

ABOUT BENEDICT: Benedict will be playing its second game of the season when the team visits Huntsville after falling 70-65 in the season opener against Palm Beach Atlantic. Three players scored in double figures for the Tigers, led by Roberto Mantovani who was 6-for-9 from the floor while scoring 15 points.

SERIES HISTORY: UAH is 2-0 all-time against Benedict with both meetings coming in the NCAA tournament. The Chargers were 69-61 winners in a 2012 meeting in the opening round of the UAH-hosted South Regional, and UAH won 64-60 in the second of the regional held in Lakeland, Florida, in 2013.

ABOUT STILLMAN: The Tigers were 74-64 winners over Concordia-Selma in the only game this year for which results are available (the team was slated to also play Selma College on Nov. 15). In the victory, Rodnerius Lewis led a group of four players who scored in double figures as he tallied 19.

SERIES HISTORY: UAH owns a 6-1 record against the Tigers with Stillman's victory coming last season in a 74-71 decision in the year's second game.
