About the Chargers
- UAH will look to continue its recent winning ways when it plays the middle contest of a three-game road trip on Tuesday night in Livingston at West Alabama. Among teams eligible for the postseason in the GSC, UAH owns the longest winning streak as the team extended it to four on Sunday at West Georgia.
- The Lady Chargers put together the most balanced effort yet in conference play as all five starters scored in double figures with Jordan Smith leading the way with a double-double with 15 points and 10 rebounds.
- The countdown is now on to see if Smith will become UAH's second 2,000-point scorer as she is only 94 points away from the mark. Should she reach the plateau, UAH would become only the second GSC school to boast two 2,000-point scorers and the first in league history to have two on the same team.
- Bouncing back from a pair of games in which she only grabbed a total of three rebounds in the two contests combined, the league's second-best rebounder picked up nine rebounds at West Georgia as Juanice Newton almost recorded a double-double as she also tallied 16 points in the affair.
- With the win at West Georgia, UAH has improved its road record to 4-6 on the year as the Lady Chargers have now won two of their last three road contests with the lone setback an overtime loss at nationally-ranked Delta State.
