-With both squads tied in the match 2-2, Union took the pivotal lead in the fourth frame with a 15-9 win in the fifth and final set.

- Anna LeDuc paced the UAH attack with 15 kills on offence, while also contributing six digs defensively.
- Morgan Scott led the squad defensively with 20 digs, followed by sophomore Haley Hop with 18 scoops.
