HOME FINALE: The UAH women's basketball team will conclude the regular season with its final home game of the season, welcoming rival North Alabama to Kelly Court at Spragins Hall at 2 p.m. on Saturday. The Chargers bring a 14-11 (11-10 Gulf South Conference) record into the contest.

RECAPPING LAST WEEK: The Chargers closed out regular season road action a week ago, traveling to Memphis for a 52-47 win over Christian Brothers before falling 84-70 to then-No. 11 Union.

TOURNAMENT FIELD SET: The eight teams for the 2016 GSC Women's Basketball Championships are now known, and UAH will enter the tournament as the No. 6 seed, earning a Super Tuesday trip to third-seeded Shorter in Rome, Georgia. The winner of that contest will advance to the semifinals in Birmingham, Alabama, next Friday.

HONORING THE SENIORS: This year's senior class will be honored after the game on Saturday as Dina Saunders, Josi Saunders, Halle Jarnagin, and Sara Jarnagin will play their final contest in Huntsville. The four have combined to appear in 364 games, and they were a part of the team that won the first GSC championship in program history back in 2013 when the squad also recorded its first-ever NCAA tournament victory.

HOME COURT ADVANTAGE: UAH has done a strong job defending Kelly Court at Spragins Hall this year, running up a 10-4 record in the Rocket City, and the squad will enter Saturday's game against North Alabama on a five-game home winning streak.

ABOUT THE LIONS: North Alabama visits UAH on Saturday on a three-game skid and the owners of a 5-21 (4-17 GSC) record, and the team is just 1-11 away from Florence this year. KeKe Gunter leads UNA as she is scoring 13.6 points per contest on the year.

SERIES HISTORY: The Chargers moved to 22-54 all-time against North Alabama when the squad won 63-55 on the road earlier this year. Josi Saunders paced UAH in the victory, scoring 14 points.
