JACKSON, Tenn. | The University of Alabama in Huntsville volleyball team topped Union by a final score of 3-0 (25-21, 27-25, 25-22) on Friday night in a Gulf South Conference matchup. UAH improves to 21-10 (9-4 GSC), while UU dips to 13-15 (3-10 GSC).
 
Turning Point
- After winning the first set 25-21 while hitting .367 as a team, UAH had to fight back in the second frame trailing 24-22 before scoring five of the final six points to take a 2-0 lead on the way to the 3-0 win.
 
Inside the Box Score
- Anna LeDuc led all Chargers with nine kills in the contest, followed by Caroline Sanford with eight successful swats.
- Isabelle Barnes had the highest hitting percentage at .308 amongst UAH attackers with 10 or more attempts.
- Haley Hop headlined the defense with a team-high 17 digs, with Anna Claire Johnson rating second on the roster with 11 scoops.
