HUNTSVILLE | The University of Alabama in Huntsville men's basketball cruised to victory on Monday night, blowing past visiting Trevecca Nazarene 88-43 at Kelly Court at Spragins Hall. The Chargers improve to 4-1 with the victory, while the Trojans fall to 0-4.

-UAH grabbed an 11-point lead just over nine minutes into the game, and the advantage would never narrow back into single digits the rest of the way.

Seth Swalve knocked down his first four 3-point attempts en route to scoring a team-best 14 points, and he was joined in double figures by

-The game was tight through the first five minutes with the Trojans holding a 9-8 lead at the 15:30 mark, but the Chargers proceeded to outscore the guests 35-10 the rest of the way in the period to take a 43-19 lead into the locker room at the break.
-The lead for UAH would grow to 39 as the Chargers held TNU off the board for the first 4:30 of the second half to go up 58-19, and UAH would lead by as many as 51 later on in the period.

-Swalve has scored in double figures in four of the team's five games, and UAH is 4-0 in those contests.
-The 12-point showings from both the senior Finley and the redshirt freshman Shulman represent season-bests.
-The eight assists handed out by Barkley are the most by a Charger this season, and the showing also marks a career high for the redshirt junior.
-Kaplan now has 40 rebounds on the season and leads the Chargers with 8.0 per game.
