UAH Set for Matchup vs. No. 11 Rollins in Peach State

UPCOMING MATCHUP: The Chargers face the first nationally-ranked opponent of the 2018 campaign as the squad heads to Cumming, Georgia, for a neutral-site contest against No. 11 Rollins. Saturday's game against RC starts a string of six games away from Charger Park for UAH.
 
RECENT ACTION: UAH is coming off a pair of dominant wins last week with a 21-3 win over Marian on Wednesday before topping Mars Hill 25-5 on Friday, giving the Blue & White six straight victories with 20 goals or more.
 
200-POINT CLUB: Nicole Federovitch topped the 200-point mark in her career in this past week's victories, as she now boasts 211 career points from 168 goals and 43 assists entering the Rollins matchup. A Barnegat, New Jersey, native, Federovitch is one of 14 active NCAA Division II players to achieve 200 points in a career and is one of two juniors to eclipse the mark.
 
WEEKLY ACCOLADES: The Chargers notched a pair of weekly Gulf South Conference honors as Leslie Allen Brown recorded her first-ever GSC Defensive Player of the Week award while Federovitch garnered her first GSC Offensive Player of the Week recognition of the season and second of her career. Brown boasted 13 saves in goal for the week with a .619 save percentage and 4.00 goals against average, with Federovitch leading the offense with 19 points, 14 goals and five assists.
 
MAINTAINING POTENCY: UAH remains atop NCAA Division II in scoring offense with an average of 22.43 goals per game, as the squad has scored 20 goals or more in six of its seven games in 2018. The Chargers boast a league-high five players in the top 10 in scoring average in the GSC, including Federovitch (2nd, 4.86 GPG), Alanna Carvalho (3rd, 4.43 GPG), Abbey O'Brien (T7th, 2.43 GPG), Shannon Kruse (T7th, 2.43 GPG) and Kinta Schott (9th, 2.29 GPG).
 
TARS PROFILE: Rollins enters the weekend with a 6-2 overall record and a 0-1 mark in Sunshine State Conference play, after most recently winning 16-9 over then-No. 25 Lock Haven on Monday. The Tars offense is led by Kallie German with 44 points on 30 goals and 14 assists, while Malorie Olin has played the majority of time in the cage with a 7.96 goals against average and a .506 save percentage.
 
SERIES HISTORY: Saturday's game will be the second-ever meeting between UAH and Rollins, with the Tars taking the initial matchup last season by a score of 16-5 on March 12 in Winter Park, Florida.
