ROME, Ga. | The University of Alabama in Huntsville baseball team fell in the Gulf South Conference series finale at Shorter on Saturday by a final score of 6-4 at Ledbetter Field. UAH dips to 17-15 (9-9 GSC), while SU rises to 16-17 (7-11 GSC).

- Shorter produced a four-run rally to break a 2-2 tie in the bottom of the sixth inning which allowed the Hawks to notch the 6-4 win on Saturday.

- Shorter plated one run apiece in the first and second innings to give the hosts an early 2-0 lead.
