DAHLONEGA, Ga. | The University of Alabama in Huntsville softball team fell to the nation's No. 2 team on Tuesday, dropping a 6-1 contest in the opener before taking a tough 2-1 setback in the nightcap at North Georgia. The Chargers slip to 26-12 on the season, while UNG improves to 45-2.

-The Chargers will return to Charger Park this weekend, hosting Mississippi College for another pivotal Gulf South Conference series. The two teams are slated to play a doubleheader at 2 p.m. on Saturday before wrapping up the series with a 1 p.m. contest on Sunday.
