HUNTSVILLE | The University of Alabama in Huntsville women's soccer team thumped visiting Spring Hill on Sunday, winning 5-0 at Charger Park. UAH improves to 4-8-1 (2-6-0 Gulf South Conference) with the victory, while the Badgers slip to 1-11-0 (0-7-0 GSC).

-The Chargers opened the scoring off a set piece on the 24th when
Brynn Colvin buried
Amanda Elsey's corner to give the hosts a 1-0 lead, and UAH would take a 2-0 lead into the break after
Peggy Mathis assisted on
Caroline Buchanan's score in the 42nd minute.

Melanie Brannon and
Annie Burd then teamed up for the next two goals with Brannon scoring from Burd in the 49th before Burd tallied off a Brannon assist in the 57th.
