MONTGOMERY, Ala. | The University of Alabama in Huntsville baseball team fell 9-6 at Auburn Montgomery in its final nonconference action of the regular season on Wednesday afternoon. UAH dips to 24-16, while AUM improves to 23-20.
 
Game-Changer
- After a three-run inning by the Chargers in the top of the seventh cut the hosts lead to one run, AUM was able to add two key insurance runs in the bottom of the eighth as the Warhawks went on to win the Wednesday matchup 9-6.
 
Key Plays
- The Chargers were first on the board in the top of the first, as Ko Powell notched a solo home run and Landon Ezzell hit an RBI single up the middle for a 2-0 UAH lead.
- AUM scored once in the bottom of the first, twice in the second and three times in the third to turn the tables for a 6-2 lead.
- UAH added one run in the fifth and AUM scored once in the sixth to make it 7-3, before a three-run home run by Palmer Ford cut the deficit to 7-6 in the top of the seventh.
