HUNTSVILLE | The University of Alabama in Huntsville volleyball team notched its first Gulf South Conference win of the season on Friday evening at Kelly Court at Spragins Hall with a 3-0 win (25-17, 26-24, 25-21) over Christian Brothers. UAH improves to 8-5 (1-1 GSC), while CBU dips to 2-12 (0-2 GSC).

- Christian Brothers utilized a four-point rally late in the second set to knot the frame at 24-24, before UAH registered the final two points of the stanza for the 26-24 win en route to the 3-0 victory over the Buccaneers on Friday evening.

Molly Presnell turned in a double-double with a team-best 14 kills to go along with 10 digs on the night.

Abby Brooks finished second to Presnell with 12 kills on a roster-best .393 hitting percentage, while also adding five digs and two total blocks.
