UAH Falls on Sunday at West Florida in Series Finale

PENSACOLA, Fla. | The University of Alabama in Huntsville baseball team wrapped up the three-game Gulf South Conference series at West Florida with a 9-2 loss on Sunday afternoon. UAH dips to 5-8 (5-7 GSC), while UWF improves to 8-4 (8-4 GSC).
 
Game-Changer
-An early four-run rally in the top of the fourth to go along with strong pitching by the Argos helped West Florida to the 9-2 win on Sunday.
 
Inside the Box Score
-The Chargers accrued eight base hits as a team, led by Tyler McCown who went 2-for-4.
-Carson Villalta posted a team-high three walks while going 1-for-3 with one RBI.
-Garrett Bodine went 1-for-3 out of the lead-off spot with two walks.
-Zach Duvall had the Chargers lone extra-base hit with one double one Sunday.
-Austin East started on the mound for the Chargers on Sunday, turning in 2.0 innings with one run allowed and one strikeout.
-Heath Senn took the loss in relief to fall to 0-1 this season.
