Box Score ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. | The University of Alabama in Huntsville men's soccer team battled for 90 minutes to a 1-1 draw with Eckerd College on Sunday afternoon. The Chargers are now 0-3-1 while EC moves to 0-0-3.

Just 15 seconds into the game, the Tritons were the ones to strike first as the hosts drew a penalty which was converted to put them in front at 1-0.

The game would progress through the halftime break with the same score line before the momentum shifted as the game neared 15 minutes remaining, and the Chargers would finally break through in the 77th minute whenÂ
Xavier Martin would score his first career collegiate goal to level the game at 1-1.

UAH would outshoot the Tritons by an 11-7 clip on the afternoon and shots on goal were 6-5 in favor of the Chargers.

Giancarlo Martinez logged five stops in goal for the Chargers while making his fourth consecutive start.
