JACKSON, Tenn. | The UAH men's soccer team remained unbeated in Gulf South Conference play with a 2-2 tie at Union on Sunday afternoon. UAH moves to 4-2-5 (2-0-4 GSC), while UU goes to 3-5-2 (1-4-1 GSC).

The Chargers are now one of three teams to remain unbeaten in the GSC slate so far this season.

Kieran Rowe highlighted the UAH offense in the 2-2 tie with two goals in a span of less than 90 seconds with a 54th minute tally followed by another in the 55th minute. Rafa Vega assisted on Rowe's first goal, with
Nick York picking up a helper on the second.

Rowe's two goals were his first two tallies of the season, while Vega picks up his first assist of 2023 and leads the Chargers with seven points (3g-1a) offensively this season.

York's assist was also his first of the season.

Ethan Haworth played the full time in goal for the Chargers, notching two saves over 90 minutes.

UAH returns home next weekend to start a three-match homestand with matchups slated against Delta State Friday and Mississippi College Sunday.
