Game Recap: Men's Soccer |

Men's Soccer Drops Friday Matchup With Lindsey Wilson

HUNTSVILLE | The UAH men's soccer team fell to Lindsey Wilson College by a final score of 3-1 on Friday night at Charger Park. UAH slides to 4-2-1, while LWC rises to 6-2-1.
 
The Blue Raiders took a 1-0 lead early on with a goal at 4' before the Chargers netted the equalizer at the 41' mark off of a deflection goal from the right foot of Harvey Hewson to make the score 1-1 into half time. 

LWC found the back of the net at the 60' and 73' timestamps to seal the match down the stretch.
 
The Chargers recorded two shots on goal from Jose Bannwart and Hewson, with a total of 10 shots in the match for the team. Ethan Haworth made three saves in the match for UAH.
 
A home Gulf South Conference match is up next for the Chargers when they host Auburn Montgomery next Friday at 7:30 p.m.
