HUNTSVILLE | The UAH men's soccer team cruised to a 4-2 victory over visiting Spring Hill on Friday night in Gulf South Conference action. UAH improves to 4-7-3 (3-6-1 GSC), while SHC slides to 5-7-2 (5-4-2 GSC).

UAH has now won three straight matches for the first time since 2021.

The Chargers offense started hot in the Friday night matchup with two goals in the first 12 minutes of play, as
Oli Orzechowski sank the first goal in the fourth minute followed by a strike from
Kieran Rowe in the 12th.

Orzechowski records his team-leading ninth goal of the season, while Rowe notches his first marker in 2024.

Spring Hill scored late in the first half to cut the UAH lead in half, but the Blue & White rebounded with two goals in the second half by
Donovan Pruitte in the 64th and 73rd minute to put UAH up 4-1. He is now the second Charger with a multi-goal performance this season.

Rowe posted his team-best fifth assist of the season on Pruitte's first goal, while Orzechowski helped on Pruitte's 73rd-minute tally.

Spring Hill posted the final goal of the contest in the 84th minute to bring the game to its 4-2 final score.

Ethan Haworth played the full time in goal for the Chargers on Friday, notching four saves with two goals allowed.

This was UAH's second time scoring four goals in a game this season.

The Chargers look ahead to the 2024 regular season finale at Charger Park on Sunday at 3:30 p.m. against nationally-ranked West Florida.
