The Chargers come into the Thursday matchup riding a six-game win streak, after most recently topping West Florida at home on Monday by a score of 69-54.

UAH is amidst its best start to Gulf South Conference play since the 2011-12 season, as the Chargers have outscored their conference opponents 223-145 through three games in league action.

Allen Sharpe's squad is currently second in the GSC with 76.1 points per game this season, guided by
Lili Wilken who rates sixth in the GSC with 13.9 points per game.
Millie Brown is also in the top 10 in the league at 12.6 points per contest.

UAH is the only team ranked in the top two in the GSC in both offense and defense, as the Chargers are second in the conference in opponents points per game at 56.7.

The Chargers continue to be atop the league in rebounding with a team average of 45.1 boards per game, led by
Bella White with 6.1 rebounds per contest to rank 10th in the league. Overall, UAH features four players ranked in the top 20 in the GSC in rebounding.

Johnson enters the nonconference tilt with an 8-1 overall record, following a 73-66 win over CIU on Saturday. The Royals average 74.7 points per game, guided by Hannah Jones with a scoring average of 15.3 points.

This will be the first-ever matchup between UAH and Johnson.
